  1. Spiritual Services: Nature & Responsibility
    Our services (including numerology, tarot, and related spiritual techniques) are offered for personal reflection, inspiration, and growth. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and do not replace professional support.
    If you have health concerns, please consult a doctor or qualified specialist.
    We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
  2. Physical Products (e.g., cards): Returns & Withdrawal
    For physical products, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, unless a legal exception applies.
  • Returns should be sent back in their original condition and packaging, as reasonably possible.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Upon receipt, we inspect the item. If it is clearly damaged or used beyond what is necessary to evaluate it, a reduction in refund value may apply.
  1. Appointments: Payment, Cancellation & No-Show
  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service fee.
  • No-shows without notice may be charged 100%.
  1. Digital Products & Custom Services
    Digital products and custom-made services (such as personalized numerology readings) are generally non-refundable once delivery has started or the service has been provided, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
  2. Liability
    We do our best to provide accurate information, but we cannot guarantee that all content is complete or error-free at all times. My Temple is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the website or services, except in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
  3. Governing Law & Disputes
    These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts as determined under Belgian law.
